Submit Your Application
Complete the application form. Tell us about your business, your revenue, your goals, and why you want to join. We need to understand what you'll bring to the room as much as what you'll take from it.
Interview with Matt
If your application passes the initial review, you'll have a 20-minute video call with me. This is a two-way conversation — I need to assess fit, and you need to decide if this is your room.
Member Vote
Existing members have a say in who joins. I present shortlisted candidates (anonymised) and the group votes. This ensures the room stays curated and every new member adds value.

ASKED.
What's the minimum revenue requirement?
There's no hard minimum, but most members are generating £1M+ in annual revenue. More important than revenue is ambition, integrity, and what you can contribute to the room. We've accepted pre-revenue founders with extraordinary track records, and we've declined 8-figure operators who weren't a cultural fit.
How much time does it require?
The bi-weekly calls are 60 minutes each. In-person events are 1-2 days per quarter. The community is always-on but asynchronous — engage as much or as little as you want. Most members spend 3-4 hours per month on Inner Circle activities.
Can I join if I'm not UK-based?
Absolutely. We have members across the UK, Dubai, Europe, and beyond. The virtual calls accommodate multiple time zones, and the in-person events rotate between global locations.
What's the difference between this and Matt Haycox Direct?
Matt Haycox Direct is private, one-on-one advisory with Matt. The Inner Circle is a group mastermind with peer networking, deal flow, and community. Many members do both — Direct for personal strategy, Inner Circle for the room.
What if I'm not accepted?
If you're not accepted, we'll tell you why and what would need to change. Many current members applied twice before being accepted. We also maintain a waitlist for when spaces open up.
Is there a trial period?
No. The 6-month minimum commitment exists because it takes at least that long to fully integrate into the room, build relationships, and see the compounding value. If after 6 months you don't feel the value is extraordinary, you can leave.
What happens at the in-person events?
Each event has a different focus. Q1 London is strategy and goal-setting. Q2 Dubai is deal-making and expansion. Q3 is an overseas retreat for deep work and transformation. Q4 London is our annual summit. All events include private dinners, facilitated sessions, and unstructured networking time.
